Jason Robert Bell

Jason Robert Bell , has been exhibited in New York, Boston, Chicago, Kansas City, Washington D.C, Baltimore, San Francisco, and Tokyo. He is represented Thomas Robertello Gallery, His work was recently the subject of a ten year retrospective in Manchester, Ct at the Newspace Gallery and The John Slade Ely House Center for Contemporary Art in New Haven. Jason was born and raised in Houston, Texas-the proverbial youth
as an economically disfranchised and misunderstood, yet talented social
outcast. Made good by graduating from the School
of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA 1995) and the Yale
School of Art (MFA 2000). Now lives in New York City, where he works on large scale paintings, Abandons his Trashsure
sculptures on the streets of New York, publishes the Caveman
Robot comic book, sometimes works with Brick
